How do I order something?
Spotted something you love in our shop?
If it doesn’t need any changes, ordering directly is the fastest way to get it made.

Can I bring my own materials?
Yes, you can. We may require a small sample piece to ensure that it can be processed if its not a material we often work with. If this is the first time we are working with the material, there will be a one time charge of $50.
I Got my own design, Can you use it? If so what format?
Yes! we can work with the design you’ve got and will require it in a vector format(.svg, .eps, .ai, .pdf). Images containing copyrighted material, profanity or obscene gestures will be rejected.
Do you design and fabricate everything in house?
We absolutely do. Majority of our tools is in our location in Delta. But we actually have a smaller offsite location in Langley as well that we produce everything out of.
Order & Payment
What are the accepted types of payment?
We currently accept E-transfer and Cash payments, and are looking to start accepting credit card payments soon.
What’s the expected turnaround time?
It depends on the project! Most single custom orders take about 3 business days. Need it faster? Shoot us an email—we’ve turned things around in under a few hours before (no promises, but we’ll try!).
For larger orders, we’ll typically provide an estimated turnaround time.
Ordering a standard item with no customization? Expect it to ship within 1–3 business days.
Are there size restrictions?
We have a few different tools each with their own size restrictions for any 1 given object.
CO2 laser – 24″ x 36″ (600mm x 950mm)
CNC router – 24″ x 48″ (600mm x 1210mm)
3D Printer – 10″x10″x10″ (256mm x 256mm x 256mm)
However we’ve done large projects that consist of multiple pieces that results in large 6-7ft in size.
Do I need to put down a deposit to get started?
For any items require semi customizations we may require a deposit of 40%.
For all fully customized orders, a 40% non refundable deposit will be required.
What determines price?
We base our quotes on a few key things—size, design complexity, and material. Don’t worry, we’ll work with you to find the best option that fits your budget and try out best to keep that price as affordable as possible.
Is pickup available?
Yes, at our Delta location.
